제철 봄나물 쑥부지깽이로 부드럽고 고소한 부지갱이나물 무침 만들어 볼게요.
<부지갱이나물무침 레시피>
재료: 부지갱이 300g, 굵은소금 1T
양념: 국간장 1T, 참치액젓 1T, 다진마늘 1T,
다진 대파 1T, 참기름 1T, 통깨

부지갱이는 굵거나 억센 줄기는 자르고 누런 잎도 제거해줍니다.
